The following On-Site Support Packages will ensure functionality of your PC and its components

Single Service Support$74.95 (up to three hours) + $15/hour thereafter

Covers Inside and Out PC cleaning and hardware evaluation of up to three household computers

Any needed hardware replacement/upgrades with parts you supply that we purchase at cost.

Includes installation/configuration of peripherals (printers, montiors, speakers, etc.)and one week

of e-mail support following service

Basic Support$159.95 per year

Covers one annual cleaning and hardware evaluation of up to three household computers

Any needed hardware replacement/upgrades (parts charged at cost) throughout the plan's term

Covers two Emergency Support and four E-Mail Support calls during the plan's term

Additional support discounted to $49.95 per call with no additional hourly charge

Add Unlimited E-Mail Support for a discounted rate of $14.95 per year

Premium Support$309.95 per year

Covers two annual cleanings and hardware evaluation of up to three household computers

Any needed hardware replacement/upgrades (parts charged at 5% discount)

Covers five Emergency Support and six E-Mail support calls during the plan's term

Additional support discounted to $39.95 per call with no additional hourly charge

Add Unlimited E-Mail Support for a discounted rate of $9.95 per year

The above pricing covers on-site service for RMG Tech local areas (within a 15 mile radius of Morrisville, PA; 25 miles for Premium Package) For service outside of this area, an additional charge of 15¢ per mile will incur.
